This apartment is a luxurious 5 BHK sprawled across 3,800-square-feet on Singapore’s Arcadia Road—a heritage area with a lush canopy of trees, some of which are more than 100 years old. The clients and their family of four expressed their dream of always having a glamorous home.

The team took over this project a month before the pandemic and finished it just in time for the client to move in just few days before Singapore announced its 3-month lockdown.

One of the distinctive features of the apartment is its cascading huge balconies looking into a dramatic greenery of Bukit-Timah.

As a contemporary style of design, we created a design language which included dramatic Archways, high gloss reflective finishes combined with gold, ivory and grey as primary colours, and splash of different colours to suit each room.

For example, the bold green silk curtain, in a retro print, pooling down from the arch gives the space a very theatrical feel. These arches, screens and curtains is our “design-style”, to create interest and curiosity in the space.

Besides the architectural renovation we worked on all furniture, art, and accessories in the house. We go into details of also selecting the flower arrangement and cushion covers to suit and match the entire look of the house.

This project has been appreciated and featured in Tatler Singapore, Architectural Digest and Elle Décor and won us few awards.
